Pinpoint radiation for inoperable klatskins???

Hi to all of you. I've been reading on and off since my sister has been in and out of the hospital. Her stents get infected and clogged... Here's the question. Has anyone had any experience with pinpoint radiation? The drs are basically saying that it's the only treatment option at this point since she's really not a chemo candidate. I'd llike to hear if it worked (especially for bile duct cc) and what were the side effects. Thanks for the listening eyes and good luck to all.
