Topic: Cancer Advocates at ASCO annual meeting 2011

The following link allows for insight of how The American Society of Clinical Oncology supports Cancer Advocates and why it is important for The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation  to engage in on of the largest conferences available to us.   
As you know this conference was attended by Barbara (New Hampshire) Percy, Stella and myself.
This year it had been Stella who had the opportunity to attend this special session mentioned in the article for advocates.

Nancy....eventually we hope to set up in Canada also.  We had some interest from our Canadian members.  My dream:  a world wide presence of Cholangiocarcinoma Foundations either, by us or, affiliated with us.  Something on the line of what Helen is doing in the UK with AMMF.  It has to happen and I know that it will happen.
