Topic: God is listening

On Sunday I went to a Shrine near my home and I prayed to God to help my mom through this awful period of her life...I asked Him, please send me a sign that you're listening...send my a sign like rain on a sunny day or something so I know that You're there and listening...
So on Monday morning standing outside with my dog while he does his morning business, one half of the sky was full of light, sunny, while the other half I see this beautiful double rainbow and it starts raining. AMAZING...
That was His response...

I am catholic, but I don't go to church or practice my faith like I should, but God gave me this wonderful message that yes, He is listening and He is there.  It gives great comfort through this awful period in our lives.

I told my mom what happened and it gives her hope.

PAK001, Oh my goodness, wish I could have been standing there with you. What a beautiful note you have written. Know what? I have kept a log of all the times I have had responses from Teddy and when I have a down time I read them and know he and God are all around me. PAK, I believe that God is all around us and he knows what is in our hearts! I just love this post. Be strong.
