Topic: Mom's arms and legs

I just had a question about my mom's arms and legs.  They have these purplish/reddish spots, is this common?

My mom did not have any such spots, what does the doctor attribute them to?

I dont have any either, but perhaps it is specific to the chemo regime she is on?
