Hello Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! My husband would like to know if anyone is taking any over the counter supplements and your opinions on their usefullness...good or bad. He currently takes garlic, fish oil, omega 3, melatonin, and green tea. He has also been eating alot of veggies...spinich, brocolli, califlower, carrots etc. He hasn't began any kind of treatment as of yet but had been doing alot of reading & research.
