Hi all,

I thought that I would post some of my photos here. They are all of my family members, from my dad through to the youngest member of the family, little Elidh.

Arran goes horse riding. This is at the same riding for the disabled centre that my dad was at in 2009. My dad had the biggest horse at the centre, Paddy and Arran had the smallest horse at the centre, Boris!

Hi Gavin.

The pictures are great.  I especially love the ones of your Dad at the horse riding centre and the ones wearing his pink wig brought a big smile to my face, he looked quiet a character!

All you family look lovely and you can tell you all have a special bond.  Your little cousins are gorgeous and Arran looks full of fun and mischief lol.

This is one of my favourite pics. It is of me, my lovely little cuz Clare and her boyfriend Craig on the Pepsi Max which is the biggest rollercoaster in the UK. As you can see from the picture, I'm enjoying the ride, Clare is enjoying the ride and Craig, well he is not enjoying it so much....  Happy days!!!!

Glad that you all liked my pics and I will post some more of them later in this thread. And yes Linda, it would indeed be nice to get to know others more through their pictures.

Here are some pictures in my local paper today of last nights fireworks display to celebrate guy fawkes night. The park in the picture is Baxter Park and is about 2 minutes walk from my house. But I didn't need to brave the cold to see the fireworks as I was able to watch them from my kitchen window!

What a great idea to post pictures.  Thanks for sharing.  My granddaughter who will be 12 in a couple of weeks went to Edinburgh this past summer with her "other grandparents" and had a bit of the Edinburgh Festival..she loved it there.  Your pictures make me a bit nostalgic...we biked in Scotland with three of our older kids many years ago..after climbing Ben Nevis (beautiful, but not the wisest for an out of shape middle ager just before embarking on a biking excursion across the Isle of Skye and down the Outer Hebrides..talk about punishment, but it was the highlight of our kids' childhood..Scotland will remain in their hearts forever!
Looks like you have a fun-loving family..Looking forward to more pics.

Oh my goodness I so enjoyed looking through your photos Gavin!  Little Elidh looks like she has the same attitude as my little girl Katelyn - LOVE it, and love her bright blue eyes!  Thanks so much for sharing!
