Topic: Charlie's surgery moved up to tomorrow (Tues. 11/6)

We found out this afternoon Charlie goes in to UNC Hospital tomorrow a.m. 10:30 for resection of half his liver, the lobe that's full of tumors instead of Thurs. like we had planned.  There was some kind of mix up with the dates.  We're not complaining, just glad somebody's willing to do something that could help.  Keep the prayers and good thoughts coming!!

Carol and Charlie, prayers have never stopped.  Will certainly be thinking about you both.

I wil be praying for charlie and you tomorrow.  It will be a long day and  huge recovery  but hopefully it will give Chrlie some quality time and good days.  God Bless  Mary Anne

Special prayer coming your way. To be honest, it is probably a good thing to have it moved up. There will be less days to stress. Remember to take care of yourself as well as Charlie! Best of luck.

Carol - I still can relive all of the very anxious moments when Sam had his liver surgery -  every detail and that will be three years ago this January, 2008.   My heart goes out to you as you sit in the waiting room waiting to hear from the doctor, in the recovery room when you first see his face and the next few days while Charlie is recovering.  My prayers are being sent your way for a very, very successful resection and a speedy recovery for Charlie.  Take care of yourself also.

You were right again Kris, it was good to go ahead and get it over with - less time to worry!
