There is a free Cancer survival toolkit, title "The First Step to Cancer Survival"- contained 10 discs of info from first steps for the newly diagnosed;finding ways to pay for care;caring for the caregiver;living beyond cancer and dying well-the final stage of survivorship.
It is about 10 hours long total.
