Another FDA webinar,about an hour long;easy to understand and will make you more understand about the function of the FDA - that is, "to make sure the benefit of the new drug outweigh the potential risk for the public".
Besides clinical trials, individuals can also has access to FDA fast tract treatment
trial for  new drugs  for investigation purposes; but the process must involved your physicians as well as the concern of the cost which most likelywill not be covered by insurance ; below is the link if interested.
