I believe this is important, though I'm sure it's hard to get motivated to exercise when someone is fatigued!  Seems Maria has really incorporated exercise (lots and hard) into her prescription for a longer, healthy life.

Willow, many of us have to start with small steps. I remember Teddy's Surgeon told him to just walk to the end of the drive way for a week and then every week increase a block. He did, but when he started really walking he traded the golf course for the driveway. He started out just putting balls and all of a sudden he went 9 holes. A feat he never thought he could do again. Where there is a will there is a way, just takes a little time.
