What is the name of lead author and appeared in what journal.
I think I read a similar one but not sure is the same.

Things didn't seem too good at half time today, down by 7 but hey, it's only half time!! Always the Bear optimist here!!! They ain't showing the game live here in the UK tonight, we have the Ravens at the Redskins. Good game and that RG3 is pretty exciting!

For sure i will say hi to my mum from you. She finished her last 7 day course of Preds and Amoxycillin last Wednesday but had to go back on them again on Friday, quite badly breathless lots of the time.

Thanks for the link, Gavin.  I am anxiously awaiting the outcome of the BILCAP trial (UK)  It will be the first study proving or disproving the benefit of adjuvant therapy with Xeloda.  Unfortunately we will have to wait until 2014.

Indeed Marion and hopefully much good will come from it. But 2014, grrrr.....  Maybe Helen will have some contact with the bilcap team before then, I think she had a meeting with the team running the trial earlier this year. The waiting albeit necessary does my head in!

And Lainy, Pack, hmmmm......... Looking forward to Sunday here!!!

This pros and cons about adjuvant therapy after resection discussion are by actually three distinguish doctor specialized in CCA, the other one is Dr. Hogan who both Dr. J.Knox and Dr. Zhu were mentioned. You can read Dr. Hogan final opinion on adjuvant chemotherapy under our chemotherapy experience  forum  on our web site inside the topic of
" systemic chemotherapy for cholangiocarcinoma " near at the end of the entire message"
Due to the importance, I will, if you don'mind, will re post it as pros and cons of adjuvant therapy.
Thanks for this ,and as always, say hi to your mum for me.It is in the 50 's this late in December here in Chicago. I wander if snow will ever come this year in December.
