Thanks Percy, I have a very strong family history of heart disease. I have been so inactive the last couple of years, I am starting to exercise but its a slow go.

Thanks for that as well Percy. When my dad was going to day care centre each week he got to know this guy really well who couldn't do chemo for his cancer due to heart disease that he had as well.
