I can't upload an avatar.  Every photo seems too be too large in file size.  Any ideas how I crop the file size?

Clare, me too. I have been wanting to change my picture for months. I have taken each picture down to what the old picture is and it still won't take. Sorry.

Thank you, thank you, Eli and Randi....it worked! Even though we look like teeny tiny people I was getting bored with the same picture. I will certainly keep Eli's instructions.
