Since my husband Anthony died on 30th July I have had requests from friends, family, colleagues etc to suggest a charitable fund that they can send donations to in his memory. We live in the UK and my first thoughts were Cancer Research UK but I would really prefer the money to go directly to research into cholangiocarcinoma. Can anyone suggest the best solution?

We are also trying to decide where all the donations that came in after my Mom died should go and I think we are going to divide them equally between:
this foundation
the hospice organization that helped her and us
To directly fund research on cholangiocarcinoma, Johns Hopkins has a fund:

Is the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation a 501c3 organization so that all donations are tax deductible?
