- Advocacy Alliance Program
A cornerstone of CCF’s mission is to provide meaningful, personalized support to those impacted by cholangiocarcinoma. Through this program, your sponsorship directly funds critical patient advocacy efforts—including Research Advocates, CholangioConnect peer mentors, CARE Teams, Hope Ambassadors, volunteer training, and our new CCF Patient App. It also supports practical and emotional resources such as the Newly Connected Program, Patient HelpTexts, educational workbooks and publications, grief care packages, and the EPIC Patient Camp. By supporting this initiative, your company helps patients and caregivers have access to timely information, trusted guidance, and a compassionate community. - Educational Webinars
CCF-hosted webinars offer patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals direct access to expert-led presentations on a variety of CCA-related topics, including treatment options, clinical trials, symptom management, and survivorship. Industry partners often use these webinars to present information on their clinical trials, therapies, and areas of scientific focus—making complex topics accessible and actionable for the CCA community. These 60-minute sessions include a live Q&A and are promoted across CCF’s digital platforms. On average, webinars attract around 100 live participants, with peaks of up to 257 attendees. Content continues to reach audiences well beyond the live event, averaging 300 additional YouTube views per webinar—with some recordings reaching as many as 3,064 views—ensuring extended visibility and long-term impact.

- Annual Conference
For 13 years, CCF’s Annual Conference has served as the largest gathering of the global cholangiocarcinoma community, bringing together more than 1,000 stakeholders—patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, and industry partners—united in the fight against this rare cancer. Held May 1–3, 2026, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, the three-day event offers dynamic sessions highlighting the latest in research, treatment, and patient care. Through shared experiences and open dialogue, the conference fosters collaboration, inspires innovation, and helps shape support services that meet the real-world needs of the CCA community. For sponsors, this high-impact event offers unmatched visibility, brand alignment with patient-centered initiatives, and meaningful engagement with the full spectrum of cholangiocarcinoma stakeholders.
- Regional Symposia
CCF’s Regional Symposiums are half-day educational events that bring together CCA patients, caregivers, and leading clinicians to share the latest research, offer expert insights, and foster meaningful dialogue. These events provide a unique opportunity for attendees to connect, ask questions, and gain valuable knowledge to navigate their journey. Sponsorship offers direct engagement with the CCA community through pre-event communications, on-site interaction, and post-event outreach. With 75–125 attendees expected at each symposium, your support helps us deliver essential resources while ensuring patient voices remain central to research and drug development.
- Team CCF Marathons
Team CCF was launched in 2016 to raise funds for cholangiocarcinoma research and patient services through athletic events nationwide. Since then, over 350 athletes and 2,500 virtual participants have joined Team CCF, raising more than $1.6 million. Sponsorship of Team CCF helps cover essentials like race bibs, team gear, and event support for major races such as the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the TCS New York City Marathon. Your support ensures that funds raised go directly to benefit CCA patients while offering valuable visibility and engagement with a passionate community of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and advocates.

- Industry Council
Launched in 2019, the Industry Council offers pharmaceutical and biotech companies a unique opportunity to engage in a collaborative, solutions-focused forum dedicated to advancing progress in cholangiocarcinoma. Members participate in quarterly meetings—one in-person at the Annual Conference and three virtual—designed to foster open dialogue, share insights, and align around shared priorities such as research, access, patient education, and clinical trial awareness. Council participation positions your company as a committed leader in rare disease advocacy, strengthens cross-sector relationships, and provides early visibility into emerging opportunities to partner with CCF on high-impact initiatives.

- Research and Innovation Program
CCF’s Research Program is committed to advancing cholangiocarcinoma research and supporting the next generation of scientific leaders through targeted fellowship and grant opportunities. We offer two primary fellowships: a 1-Year Early-Career Research Fellowship to support innovative investigators at the start of their careers, and a 3-Year Mid-Career Training Grant designed to help established researchers expand their work in CCA. Since 2015, CCF has awarded over $3 million in seed funding to 60 researchers across 34 institutions in 6 countries, helping to drive breakthroughs in early detection, drug discovery, immunotherapy, and more. Sponsoring one of these fellowships directly contributes to improving patient outcomes while advancing science in this critical and underserved area. Supporters receive recognition across award announcements, publications, and collaborative branding opportunities.
