Data Project Proposal

The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation (CCF) invites researchers from around the world to submit their project proposals and gain access to our robust and growing real-world data resources. These datasets are designed to accelerate discovery, fuel innovation, and support meaningful advancements in the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of cholangiocarcinoma:

  • The Registry / Medical Records-Based Dataset (Citizen) includes about 600 individuals who have provided their medical records for conversion into structured and de-identified data with rich detail including clinical characteristics, biomarkers, treatments, and outcomes.
  • The Claims Dataset (Komodo) includes most insurance types (approximately 140,000 individuals) and offers detailed information on demographics, diagnoses, interventions, outcomes, and supports HEOR analyses.
