Annual Conference
Shaping the Future of Research: Conference Consensus Moves Forward
The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation’s 12th Annual Conference marked a milestone in global collaboration. It brought together scientists, academic researchers, advocates, industry partners, patients, and caregivers to identify the top research priorities in cholangiocarcinoma. Through ten specialized Working Groups, participants evaluated the current state of science and proposed focused, high-impact areas for future research funding. The discussions were insightful, and the participation of patients and caregivers added powerful perspectives.
CCF will prepare a single manuscript that captures the consensus priorities developed during the Conference. Once reviewed by Conference Co-Chairs and CCF’s Science and Medical Advisory Board, it will be submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, a critical step in driving new funding and accelerating progress. More information will be coming soon!
Thank you to everyone who made this effort a success. Your voices are shaping the path forward.
