CCF Community-Funded Fellowship

A cholangiocarcinoma diagnosis can leave patients and their families feeling confused, worried, and isolated, and that’s why, at CCF, we don’t let anyone go through this journey alone. The Foundation understands there is strength in community and that while there are challenges, we can build the strength to face difficulties together. 

We take this same approach with research and are pleased to announce the inception of the Community-Funded Fellowship. While CCF Research Fellowships have traditionally been funded by individual donors, this new initiative invites our entire community to come together to fund a scientist focused on finding answers to complex questions and bringing hope to patients with cholangiocarcinoma. By uniting our efforts, no matter what each individual can give, we collectively contribute to discoveries that advance research and bring much-needed hope to patients and families facing this rare disease. What seems daunting to face alone is achievable together.
